Loveblock, Sauvignon Blanc 2021

Husband-wife duo Kim & Erica Crawford have been making wines from their vineyards in Marlborough and Central Otago since 2008. Converting wild land into the biodiverse farm present today, they proudly use fully organic practices in both their vineyards & winery. Sauvignon Blanc 2021 opens with really lifted aromatics of white peaches, tarragon, honeysuckle and elderflower. The palate bursts with flavours of cantaloupe melon, gooseberry and crunchy green apple which is underscored by a ripe herbal backbone. With a citrussy-mineral finish and linear acidity, this is an excellent wine to pair with both fish & chicken dishes.
